This notice explains how the Alpuvi research website uses information you submit. For questions or requests about your information, use the contact form and select General questions.

Research inquiries

The contact form collects your email, country, compound interest, vial size when specified, inquiry type and acknowledgements. Older inquiries may also contain the name, organisation and research context submitted through the previous form. Alpuvi uses this information to review research eligibility, respond to your inquiry and discuss supply. Do not include patient details or sensitive personal research data.

Vial verification

We compare a cryptographic hash of your code with our registry. For matching codes, we record the first-check time and total number of checks to help identify unexpected reuse. Codes are submitted privately in the request body and are not placed in page addresses. We record verification outcomes and a daily pseudonymous source reference to investigate unexpected activity. Staff resets retain the first-check time and lifetime history.

Storage and access

Inquiry and verification records are held in the website’s hosted database. Authorised Alpuvi staff can review inquiries and manage batch records. Published batch specifications, laboratory names, reported purity and certificates are available to site visitors. Inquiry details and vial-code records remain restricted. Hosting providers process this information to operate the service.

Cookies and technical records

The management area stores staff account names, emails, roles and password hashes, and uses an essential session cookie for staff sign-in. Staff actions are recorded in an activity log. Hosting access may require its own authentication. The application uses short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit automated abuse. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to this site.

Retention and requests

Alpuvi should retain inquiry information only as long as needed for the inquiry, research eligibility review and applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact form. The team will assess your request and any information it needs to retain.
