What if a code has already been checked?

Each code allows three checks. Subsequent attempts show a locked-code message until our team reviews the history. A staff reset restores the allowance but retains the original first-check time and lifetime checks. If the history is unexpected, retain the vial and packaging and contact Alpuvi.

What does a matching code confirm?

It confirms that the code is registered to the displayed Alpuvi batch. It cannot independently prove that the physical vial or its contents are genuine. Always compare the batch label, packaging and corresponding documentation.

Where can I find the laboratory certificate?

Open the Results tab on the compound page to view published batch details and download laboratory certificates. A matching vial-code result also links to its certificate when one is published.
